Recruiting WRP Candidates through WRP.jobs

Private sector employers can post jobs and internships to WRP.jobs, a pilot project developed by EARN and DirectEmployers, using any one of these methods:

  1. Register to post a single job (FREE)

  2. Sign up to have your organization’s jobs automatically indexed and included on WRP.jobs (FREE)
WRP.jobs uses an "indexing" process to identify links to jobs on corporate websites. Jobseekers who select a job title on the search results page are taken directly to the job listing on the corporate website. This is essentially the same process that is used by all high-level Internet search engines.

  3. Post my jobs to WRP.jobs through My State Job Bank
Register and post your jobs with your State Job Bank. Your jobs will be automatically posted with WRP.jobs through the National Labor Exchange. By registering with your State Job Bank, you can receive a variety of other employment recruitment services at no cost.
Note: State registration and validation processes vary.

When considering students for internships or permanent positions, employers should conduct the application and interview process according to their usual recruitment, hiring, and onboarding procedures. DirectEmployers and EARN provide the opportunity to match qualified pre-screened candidates with disabilities to jobs in the private sector. However, there is no post-employment support provided to the employer or the employee.

NOTE: Federal agency employers may search for WRP candidates directly via www.WRP.gov.
